My name is Egil (egil@carpediem101.com ).

My Philosophy of life is under construction.

I’m influenced by Zen Buddhism, Stoicism, Positive Psychology & all the exciting new insights in neuroscience.. and much more..

I’m a sucker for building good habits.. and have a very systematic approach to this involving continues logging & evaluation. I have built an computer based application where I register, activate, log & rate progress of new habits.

The keyword is “Continues training”.

So my passions in life are Personal Development & Art – (music in particular). This blog will cover personal development (plus some..) & two other blogs -> alldylan.com & borntolisten.com takes care of the music part.
